REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - (VIEW
& PRINT SCOPE OF SERVICES)
The Schenectady Municipal Housing Authority is soliciting architecture
firms interested in Design, Award, and construction phase of the
Renovation of three (3) Fire Damaged Apartments at Yates Village &
Steinmetz Homes in Schenectady, New York. These three units (2 at Yates
Village and one at Steinmetz Homes) were damaged due to fire and now
need to be renovated in compliance with local, State, and federal codes.
Interested architectural firms should submit a letter of intent to be
received by July 18, 2008 to the SMHA Executive Director. Formal
Proposals will be due in triplicate on August 18, 2008 by 4:00 p.m.
